Terms of Use

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms are between you and Possibilitas LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"), the operator of Chambaly. By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard license agreement also applies.

The app

Chambaly helps you create estimates, invoices and expense records. You are responsible for the prices, taxes and content of the documents you create and send, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. Chambaly is not tax, legal or accounting advice.

Subscriptions

Chambaly Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) billed through your Apple or Google account. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your data

Your documents are stored on your device. Keep backups of anything important. We are not responsible for data lost when a device is lost, reset or the app is deleted.

Acceptable use

Don't use Chambaly to create fraudulent or misleading documents or for anything illegal.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
