Privacy Policy

Chambaly ("we") is operated by Possibilitas LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Chambaly app.

What stays on your phone

Your business details, clients, estimates, invoices, receipts, photos and settings are stored only on your device. We do not upload them to our servers, and we cannot see them (except the AI requests described below, which we don’t keep). When you share a PDF or message, it goes wherever you choose to send it (for example WhatsApp, text or email), under that service's own privacy terms.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat, Inc. to confirm whether you have an active subscription. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history from the store. It does not receive your name, clients or documents. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Permissions

• Microphone and speech recognition: only while you dictate.
• Camera and photos: only to photograph receipts and add your logo. Images stay on your device unless you choose to scan a receipt with AI (see below).
• Notifications: only to remind you when an invoice is due. Scheduled on your device.

AI features (optional)

If you turn on the AI assistant (the app asks first), the text you type or dictate for an estimate, message or terms, and receipt photos you choose to scan, are sent over an encrypted connection to our server and then to Anthropic, PBC (the maker of Claude), our AI provider, only to produce the answer. Our server does not store this content. Anthropic does not use data sent through its commercial API to train its models (see Anthropic's privacy center). You can turn AI off anytime in Settings → AI assistant. To limit misuse we keep a monthly count of AI requests tied to an anonymous app ID.

Voice dictation

When you tap the microphone, your phone's built-in speech recognition (Apple or Google) turns your voice into text. We never receive or store audio.

What we don't do

No ads. No tracking across apps or websites. No selling or renting your information. No analytics on the content of your documents.

Deleting your data

In the app, go to Settings → Delete all my data, or uninstall the app. To delete purchase records held by RevenueCat, email soporte@chambaly.com.

Children

Chambaly is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

This website

chambaly.com has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. If you ask us to tell you when the app launches, we keep your email address, your language and your country (from your connection, not your exact location) to send you that notice and, rarely, important news about Chambaly. It is stored with Cloudflare, Inc., our web host. We never sell it. To be removed, email soporte@chambaly.com.
